There is a large need in the developing world for expertise on "capacity building" - in practice this means improving business efficiency and finding new markets of organizations.
One important aspect of development is to conduct audits to ensure that there is effective monitoring both of the compliance with fair trade and other standards as well as assessing the level of competence and capabilities in business and organization.
We have also developed a number of training workshops, including "train the trainers" sessions to transfer the skills and capabilities to local consultants in the South.
